Our sourdough is more than bread—it’s a labor of love and a practice in patience. Hand-crafted using traditional techniques, each loaf is naturally leavened to develop a golden crust, airy crumb, and subtle tang that only time and care can create.
 
What makes this sourdough truly special is its story. I learned the art of bread-making from my Iranian neighbor, Mojy, who generously shared her time-honored methods and guided me through every detail—from nurturing the starter to shaping the perfect loaf. Her passion and precision inspired me to carry these techniques forward, and each loaf is named in her honor: Mojy’s Perfect Sourdough.
